SLA based support services
Some clients need an immediate response to issues whilst others may not be so time dependant. Compass Data can provide you with a SLA which meets your exact need. We can provide anything from a 1 hour response to next day, or best endeavours. We can also add development hours. Client requests can be handled around the clock by our teams int he UK, Hong Kong and the US.
We offer a broad range of secure hosting solutions using either a dedicated physical server or a virtual server utilising the Class leading AWS service. This allows us to offer a vast range bespoke services to clients for almost any requirement. Security could also be adapted to match any requirement from a simple VPN or two factor authentication.
